LAX Wi-Fi Hot Spot – Los Angeles City Council Locks Wi-Fi for now


Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) free Wi-Fi ran into interference from LA Councilman Dennis Zine. 


Now one of the nation’s busiest airports will remain blocked.  The City Council now holds the keys on whether a Florida company will provide free Wi-Fi or another plan that will include a Southern California based company will be hacked.

Starmageddon starts at 6 p.m. when President Barack Obama will be fundraising at George Clooney’s home tonight.  150 Hollywood stars and notables like DreamWorks Animation chief Jeffrey Katzenberg are hiting the neighborhood in Studio City.

Celebrity activist-in-chief Clooney is expected to raise $15 million for President Barack Obama’s re-election.  Clooney’s $40,000 a plate dinner star-studded fundraiser is expect to bring tied up traffic for hours to Studio City.


Lufthansa to fly its Boeing 747-8i to LAX after June


Inglewood Reports – Staff Photographer – Lufthansa makes an LAX landing over Sepulveda Blvd.

The New Queen of the Skies, the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental has arrived at Frankfurt, according to Lufthansa press release.  On June 1, Lufthansa – the first airline in the world to take delivery of a Boeing 747-8i, will fly the plane on its first passenger flight to Washington Dulles International Airport. Later in the year the airline will fly the plane to Los Angeles, LAX airport.
