    Reports are that Mr. Ray Martinez, the head of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, now wants every driver to protect their pet by harnessing it down with a seat belt or else.  Drivers will pay $250 to $1,000 per cat or dog offense.

    The space shuttle journey to its new home the Intrepid Sea Air and Space Museum in NYC was filled with expectation and lots of spectators filled Coney Island to take pictures.
